charges are added to all orders, based on the carrier
you choose and the zip code of the location shipped to, as well
as a handling charge to cover the cost of packaging materials

within 30 days (in
original condition) and receive a
replacement or a full
refund less outbound shipping charges. Only manufacturer's
original warranties will apply after 30 days.
You may also
return non defective merchandise

15% restocking fee.
EXCEPTIONS:
- If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping,
keep the box and packing materials and notify us
immediately and we will file a carrier claim.
Once the carrier has processed the claim, you will receive
a replacement or a refund including shipping costs.
- Items that appear to be intentionally broken or
abused will not be replaced or refunded.
- Items with ink cartridges, such as printers
and fax machines, can not be returned if the ink cartridge
has been opened unless the item is defective. Due
to our low prices, many times replacement ink is as
expensive as the item itself.
We do not guarantee the compatibility of computers
and electronic items.

to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
